We’re excited to announce that Dr. Joshua Eldridge will be heading to Northern California for National Congress and he will be working with gyms there to bring this incredible nutrition experience to the gymnasts and families there.
We gaurantee (money back!) that this will not only change your family’s health, but will also change the performance of your athletes and the eating culture at your gym, because:
Nutrition = Performance
The Link Between Your Gymnast’s Performance and Their Potential is NUTRITION

How it works:
It’s our policy at Gymnast Care that families pay for their own education, and not let it be a burden to the gym. Price per family is $20, and there is a 30 family minimum. Due to the incredible value provided for your gym, we recommend that you make it mandatory for your team families.
Plan 45 minutes for the gymnast presentation and 1 1/2 hours for the parents. It is best for the gymnasts to go first, then the parents…gymnasts get excited about this presentation and push their parents to be better at buying and preparing food.
