Thank you for attending our Nutrition = Performance Seminar. This post is designed to help you maximize everything you’ve learned and put it to use!
The most important habit our athletes can do is to eat the right foods at the right time with the right training mixed in, and the results are that our gymnasts will express their DNA optimally. We’re all different, and we have different genetic code, but when that code is optimally expressed, our bodies look the exact way their supposed to look…beautiful.
But when we try to manipulate what we put into our bodies, and restrict input or put the wrong ingredients into the mix, our bodies are not able to express the DNA optimally and we get bodies that are diseased and are not able to withstand the rigors found in the sport of gymnastics.
